Saeid Sadri PhD, RA, NCARB, PMP

Director of Development

Dr. Sadri has over thirty five years of experience in design and construction. Since 1980 he has been working as a construction consultant, developer and construction manager in Atlanta, Georgia. He is active in commercial, institutional, industrial, and residential development with projects such as office buildings, schools, fire stations, emergency centers, recreational facilities, retail centers, warehouses, single and multifamily units, and subdivisions.

Dr. Sadri is a Registered Architect in the State of Georgia, National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) 

certificate holder, Designated Professional Design Builder by the Design Build Institute of America (DBIA) and certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

From 2012 to 2015 he was a Professor and Head of Civil Engineering Department at School of Engineering, Nazarbayev University. Before then he taught construction management at Georgia Institute of Technology for 22 years.

Dr. Sadri received his Master of Science in Architectural Engineering from University of Tehran and Doctor of Philosophy degree from Georgia Institute of Technology, School of Civil and Environmental Engineering with specialty in Construction Engineering and Management and minor in Management Science.

Dr. Sadri has received National Distinguish Leadership in Education Award and Southeast Chapter President Award from the Design Build Institute of America, and Georgia Institute of Technology, College of Architecture Outstanding Continuing Education Award.

Zuhair Itr PhD, CCE

Director of Construction

Dr. Itr received his Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from the American University of Beirut in 1985. He went to Georgia Institute of Technology to complete his Master of Science in Civil Engineering in 1987. During that period Dr. Itr worked on research projects in risk analysis, the use of fuzzy sets in decision making, and the use of equipment automation in the construction industry.  In 1992, Dr. Itr completed his PhD. in Civil Engineering at Georgia Tech. His dissertation was focused on public policy in the construction arena.

Dr. Itr is a Certified Cost Engineer with the American Association of Cost Engineer (AACEI), he is a Licensed Residential and Light Commercial Contractor in the State of Georgia and a Certified Earthcraft Builder, Dr. Itr received a State of Georgia Level 1A Certification in Erosion and Sedimentation Control.  He is an ISO 9000 Lead Auditor and a Home Energy Rater Certification by RESNET.

Dr. Itr has a wealth of industry expertise in the construction management arena with a focus on cost engineering, estimating and bidding strategy.  His twenty five years’ experience on the consulting and contracting side of the construction industry gave him great knowledge in preparing and evaluating program estimates, conceptual estimates, and detail cost estimates on wide variety of construction project. Industry experience included office building, warehouses and distribution center, city hall and courthouses, educational facilities, sports arena, historic restoration, medical and lab facilities, parks and streetscapes, religious facilities, retail and shopping facilities, environmental and remediation services, and residential development.  In addition he built more than 60 homes, developed more than four Subdivisions, and went through the process of rezoning and requesting variances from various cities and counties.

Kian Sadri GCQA, LEED GA

Managing Member, Construction Manager

Kian has been active in the construction and real estate industry since his graduation from Georgia Tech in 2011. He has managed residential, commercial, and industrial projects in the States of California and Georgia, and conducted real estate investment market studies for multifamily, single family, and commercial developments throughout Georgia.

 

Mr. Sadri received his Bachelor of Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology in the field of Building Construction. He is a licensed General Contractor for the State of Georgia and is also a LEED Green Associate.

He enjoys tackling projects which require unique and thoughtful approaches. His current passion includes the discovery 

 

 

and rehabilitation of fatigued and abandoned buildings eligible for historic preservation. He works to bring life to community landmarks and repurpose them for today’s needs and style.

Soudabeh Sadri

Member/Manager

Soudabeh (Sudi) Sadri is a Member and Manager of the Novin Construction, LLC and is in charge of administration of Novin Construction, LLC. Mrs. Sadri received her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design, Historic Preservation/Revitalization from Syracuse University, Syracuse, N.Y.  and Master of Science in Community Development, Urban Studies/Land Use Planning from Georgia State University, Atlanta, Georgia.

 

From 1987 to 2003 she worked in the Georgia State Capitol as Legislative Executive for Fulton County House Delegation. 

In this position, she assisted Fulton County House Delegation in developing annual legislative program. Established and maintained legislative clearinghouse services for citizens, governmental bodies and delegation members. Developed and coordinated legislative team in development of strategies. Coordinated legislative and community meetings. Assisted executives and staff in promoting intergovernmental relations and Fulton County’s interest.

 

From 2003 to 2011 Mrs. Sadri was Vice President of Order Construction in Atlanta. She was in charge of administrative and finance for the residential division of the company managing administration of single and multifamily developments. 

Karina Roca AIA International

Project Manager

Karina is Bolivian native and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from Universidad Privada de Santa Cruz de la Sierra (UPSA) in 1997. Previously, she worked on the design of various commercial, residential, and renovation projects and held the position of Architect/Project Administrator for Constructora Cordoba in Bolivia. Karina moved to Atlanta, Georgia in 2000 and has been working on design and management for various construction projects since.

Karina is a versatile and detail oriented project manager specializing in project design and administration as well as construction detailing and documentation. She is proficient in AutoCAD, REVIT, and Procore construction software. Karina works with clients to detail and perfect architectural design to meet their needs while balancing site limitations and city requirements. She is experienced in cost budgeting and quantity takeoffs and collaborates with subcontractors, clients and client design teams to keep submittals, materials, change orders, and pay applications in order for smooth project delivery.

Bahareh Maneshi

Administrating Manager

Bahareh is in charge of administration at Novin Construction. She graduated from Kennesaw State University in 2014. although she had already begun her career in the Hospitality industry in 2005 at Marriott in Kansas City.

In 2006 Bahareh moved to Atlanta and began her career in construction with a variety of contractors. From 2006 to 2016 she was employed with Hudson Corp. There, she got her start as an administrating manager. Bahareh left Hudson to pursue teaching for a year in a military program. In 2017 she joined Novin's team as the administrating manager. 

Bahareh is currently responsible for producing monthly and yearly financials, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, job cost reporting, cash management, and insurance administrator. With years of experience in customer service and administration, Bahareh is a great asset to our team and our clients.
