OUR HISTORY
Novin Construction was formed by the principals of two companies, Order Companies and Accolade Construction, Inc. Both companies were established in 1999 by Dr. Saeid Sadri (President) and Dr. Zuhair Itr (Vice President). In 2015, the two firms consolidated their resources to form Novin Construction, LLC.

Novin Construction is committed to providing the safest possible worksite for employees by creating spaces that are free of recognizable hazards. Safety and health issues are addressed on-site by continuous evaluation of site conditions, subcontractor work methods, and equipment.
Quality
At Novin Construction, we believe quality is “building it right and doing it right”. The company values customer expectations and requirements, and we strive to provide the best experience possible. To accomplish this goal, Novin Construction implements several quality-control strategies on all projects. We implement the PMBOK knowledge areas of the Project Management Institute (PMI) to ensure effective control of time, cost, and project quality. Dr. Itr is an ISO 9000 Lead Auditor and manages the company’s quality control and assurance.
