The building has load-bearing concrete masonry unit walls with brick facing and stucco soffit and is provided with the newest Fire Alarm and Communication systems. The challenge of the job was in the limited area, conducting construction activities on a very steep property and very limited access to and from the extremely busy Cherokee Street.
